Mark / Tricia Owen, 321 Jaffrey Ave. This location is just not right for high density residential development. A more appropriate location would be in a high traffic area along a major arterial road, similar to other senior living housing developments in Collierville. Not in the middle of a neighborhood that does not have the infrastructure to support the huge traffic influx. We are concerned about traffic noise pollution, light pollution, safety (no sidewalks on surrounding narrow streets).
