Many residents of Bray Station are united in our opposition to not only the variance request but also the overall CFA location. Our road is not designed for hundreds of cars per hour entering from a side street so close to an already dysfunctional intersection. Reject the variance because the owner stated in our meeting he needed the extra spaces for online orders. He will have 43 cars in drive thru! CFA should find new location.

There are 5 schools and approximately 5,000 students in this locale. The ensuing traffic nightmare from this proposed store is unimaginable. Already one of the most dangerous intersections in Collierville. This franchise will certainly cause an egregious impact to the daily lives of the surrounding homeowners. Please find another location.

The State of TN states a "Variance" should be requested due to the Land itself being unique, (Odd lot, topography or physical condition). It does not relate to personal needs or wishes. It should not include financial hardship or any hardship that is self imposed or created. Subject request by Chik-fil-A is only because of monetary interests.
