My family and I vehemently oppose the building of a Chick-Fil-A at the corner of Bray Station and Poplar. The traffic nightmare that will ensue is frightening to consider. A 2-lane road such as Bray Station simply cannot handle the amount of traffic that will overflow onto it. This will cause a traffic problem for people trying to get to work in the mornings, an extreme SAFETY issue for school busses transmitting our children to school, and many accidents at the intersection. Vote NO to CFA!
I absolutely oppose one of the largest Chick Fil A's in the country to be built at the intersection of Bray Station/Cartwright Lane and Poplar. I will be in the front of the line to sue the city for failure to provide proper infrastructure to support a restaurant of this kind. This area will become prone accident and injury due to Bray Station not being a four lane road from Wolf River Poplar. There are plenty of places to build near Winchester and Houston Levee.
I find it incredibly irresponsible to consider allowing a drive through restaurant like Chick Fila to be built on Bray Station. The infrastructure is inadequate to handle the traffic and will cause accidents. Have you not learned from their present situation on Poplar. How many people do you want to inconvenience so they can make a few bucks peddling fast food.
