I was informed at the public information meeting that an agreement was made many years ago that the installation of sidewalk was not the developer's responsibility in this area. I am in opposition of any rezoning/development of this area without a plan from the town or developer for the sidewalks. More traffic=more danger for pedestrians without a sidewalk here. While it is not their responsibility, it would be a show of good faith to the town to construct a sidewalk by the developer.
