I express my opposition to the establishment of another gas station in Collierville. The city already has a sufficient number of gas stations, and there is no compelling reason to introduce another one.
We strongly oppose this project we need COLLIERVILLE to be safe and peace for communities around us lot of gas station more crime and more shootings . So we strongly urge to oppose this project . Thank you
Collierville is a beautiful and safe residential area to raise kids in, brining more gas stations will only bring unwanted crowd and unnecessary traffic to the city, therefore we urge you to create recreational spaces for our kids and seniors instead and let Collierville stay a safe haven for us town people. Thank you
We have plenty of gas stations, car washes, and convenience stores in Collierville. There is another already another one approved for this same operator at Byhalia and Collierville Rd that hasn't been built yet, and he already owns several in Collierville. The crime that convenience stores attract is bad enough, but the proximity to 385 combined with the decline in Carriage Crossing will damage our premier retail establishment and bring in more crime from Memphis with its ease of access/escape.
I urge Alderman & Respected Mayor Joyner; to not approve the proposed gas station in our neighborhood. Its location compromises safety due to both high-risk businesses (Car wash & gas station); increased traffic, potential environmental hazards, and risks to customers visiting the mall.
Notably, the planning commission's approval was both unenthusiastic and clouded by a concerning conflict of interest, raising questions about the integrity of the decision-making process.
Adding more gas stations in Collierville is unnecessary and would only bring more pollution and traffic. Our community deserves investments in projects that promote a healthier, greener future.
There are so many gas station in collierville we don't want more! Oppose as resident of collierville.

We trust the board to listen to the community; we do not want an overdeveloped crime ridden town; we are happy with what we have and where we have it.
