We strongly oppose the CFA location at BrayS.& Poplar due to the poor road infrastructure already in place, & safety issues that come with it. There are many other sites in town & in areas that can handle 100’s of cars a lot easier. Roads around here were poorly thought out for such future construction, & need to be widened to alleviate traffic woes already that aren’t addressed to handle future CF site properly.CFA is good. Build it at 385, Byhalia, 72? The Felsenthal’s 1350 Brayshore Drive

I fully support the relocation of Chick-fil-a. I appreciate all of the planning and studies done by CFA and the town to best serve our community.

I think this is a reasonable location for the new Chick-Fil-A. It will remove the backups on Poplar.

I support the relocation of Chick-fil-A to the new site at Bray Station. The new site will allow Chick-fil-A to better serve the community.

I strongly support this move. As Collierville grows Chick-fil-A should be allowed to grow too. This new location will allow them to better serve the Collierville community for years to come. This move will FIX traffic problems not create them. Chick-fil-a at Bray will be a better solution for Chick-fil-a and the citizens of Collierville.

STRONGLY oppose this site. Because it CAN build here doesn’t mean it SHOULD. Having an unsafe residential 2-lane road serving as a major access road to this site is a recipe for disaster! A traffic magnet like CFA should not have 1000s of cars accessing it (coming & going) from a 2-lane country residential road. BMA please stand up for safety of our citizens - don’t be pressured by landowners, developers, or CFA. Protecting our safety now AND in the future as our town grows is your #1 priority!

Strongly oppose! Allowing a 6100 sq ft CFA here, with tons of development going in around it & a very dangerous intersection already at Poplar & Bray (see accident reports) will create new & worse problems. Multiple neighborhoods (everyone located N of Poplar) & WCMS traffic will all use 2-lane, narrow, dangerous Bray going to & from this site. Bray can’t handle this kind of flow & someone’s going to get killed. Speeders, narrow, no shoulder, & blind hills. BMA must protect residents & vote no.

The Poplar and Bray Station road site is not an appropriate location for a high volume drive thru MEGA Chick-fil-A. This will only move the safety issues a few blocks down the road. There are other more appropriate sites that aren't in a congested area. People will still come to a CFA where ever it is located.

The planning commission failed the town and the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. The town engineer rubber stamped a flawed traffic study. TPC was choosing lesser of two evils instead of a location with no evil and there are many. More concerned about potential lawsuit than safety of citizens. CFA wants to be in the middle of the city regardless of the traffic and safety issues they cause.

All anyone has done for years is complain about the traffic build up from the line of Chick Fil A, and how hard it is to get in and out of the parking lot. This seems like a win win for everyone. They are making it better for employees and customers, safety issues are being corrected, we will finally have an indoor playground for children again, faster service for all. Please pass this so that all of us can enjoy our Chick Fil A and get rid of the issues that have plagued us for years.

I live in a neighborhood north of Poplar on Bray Station and I support the CFA relocation. I already travel down Bray to get to the current location and I’ll travel down Bray to get to the new location. Nothing to fear here people. CFA is America’s favorite Drive Thru. Collierville will not be ruined by its relocation. Please don’t give in to the fear mongering. The sky is not falling despite what people are saying!

This CFA is to be the LARGEST IN THE U.S! Let that sink in! Its main feeder roads for ALL HOMES north of Poplar are narrow residential roads that CAN'T safely handle hundreds 100's of cars flowing to this site. Dangerous intersection at Poplar/Bray; active railroad Xing/church & school/senior living site next door are all negative factors. A light at Bray&Frank won't solve this! Why would you force this terrible location when there are MANY safer options? Don't endanger our residents!!!

I oppose the relocation of CFA to the Bray Station / Poplar intersection for safety reasons. The new CFA will be much larger and will draw up to 350 cars/hour to an already difficult intersection. It will also dramatically change the residential streets in the surrounding area. CFA does need a new location in Collierville, but with the change to a high volume drive through model, the location needs to be safer and away from residential areas.

Please disapprove the permit to construct a new chic-fil-a at poplar and bray station. Our family of 7 live off bray station with 4 teenage drivers, and we are very concerned about the traffic implications of locating such a high traffic business on our residential street. Please kindly mandate that they find a different location that won’t negatively impact the residents of our town. Thank you

Meeting of 12/7 offered subjective emotions from CFA supporters, and an inadequate traffic study. Not once was an explanation offered as to how inevitable NEW safety issues will be accommodated. Bottleneck and congestions will undoubtedly occur at what is already a precarious intersection.

I think the new proposed location for Chick-fil-a is a win for the city. Can Collierville's tax base afford for them to leave?

I am definitely in favor of relocating CFA. This particular site plan addresses issues for parking and the line that backs up on Poplar. You can tell they did their homework. I believe this plan benefits the majority of Collierville citizens.
