There are rumors due to the litigation regarding the Chick Filet at Bray Station this could get brought for review again after the election of a new Mayor and new Alderman. I am just going on record right now that if that happens, and it is somehow approved, the City of Collierville and the Mayor and Alderman will be putting their financial livelihoods at risk. I work in the Transportation / Logistics arena and have for 35 years. This issue was never about Chick Filet, it is about SAFETY.
