    Please approve this excellent plan for this neighborhood. It would greatly improve the aesthetics and provide much needed affordable housing!

    I support this project. We need more affordable modern housing in this area. Many newly married couples and college graduates are looking for affordable housing in our great town of Collierville and I believe this project gives them the best opportunity to do that.

    This would definitely be an improvement! Can't see any reason Collierville wouldn't support new construction in that area.

    I fully support the proposed duplex. The current burned, blighted house is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. Replacing it with a well-designed duplex will revitalize the area and fit the neighborhood's character, as other duplexes already exist nearby. Approving this project shows Collierville's commitment to progress, safety, and quality of life. Supporting this project is the right choice for Collierville, as it will enhance the neighborhood, promote growth, and create a safer environment.
