A multipurpose building such as planned I believe would provide a stimulus to the Collierville economy. The concept of retail, residential and education together with proper recognition of the historical significance in my opinion is a certain winner. I urge the commission to not miss this opportunity by letting a property deteriorate further.
The restoration of the building is not feasible. As someone who works, dines, shops, and enjoys entertainment in the Square, I support the proposed plan to remove the dilapidated building and proceed with project # 25016, Boutique Flats at 215 Center Street. Thank you, HDC for assisting in the renewal of this area. Please approve the plan so we can continue to make Collierville a lovely place to work and play!
