I support the move to the new location because the applicant followed all the requirements per town ordinances to move to this location. They have outgrown their current location and the backups that occur on Poplar now are not safe.
I am in favor of accepting the appeal Judge’s verdict and support the relocation to the Bray Station location. I oppose paying any legal fees for the 5 aldermen who are acting in contempt of the court’s ruling. I also believe John Stamps has a business relationship with David Halle that is a conflict of interest. I want an investigation into whether state Sunshine Law had been violated.
It is time for the Collierville Aldermen to put aside personal issues, follow the orders of the court and consider the opinions of the citizens they represent by allowing the relocation of this business to Cartwright Way. There is absolutely no valid reason for this to have become such a fiasco when all requirements were met long ago. End the waste of time and money for legal fees!
I support Chick-fil-A moving to Cartwright Way. The current location has become increasingly congested, especially during peak hours, creating challenges with traffic flow and safety. This move will provide better access, improved vehicle stacking, and a safer experience for customers, employees, and the community. Growth requires smart planning, and I believe this relocation is a positive step toward a safer and more efficient area.
I write this in support of the relocation of Chi-fil-A to the Bray Station area. The current location causes huge safety issues not only for customers and staff of Chic-fil-A but also surrounding businesses on both the north and south side of Poplar as well as vehicles just driving by.
Bray Station is a much less congested area and seems to be a common sense decision. Please allow this to move forward.
Relocating Chick-fil-A to the corner of Bray Station is a common-sense decision that provides more space, improves traffic flow, and creates a safer environment for employees, customers, and nearby residents. Opposing a solution that clearly enhances public safety and accessibility reflects poor judgment and a lack of practical planning. The board should prioritize facts and community benefit over unnecessary resistance and support a project that serves Collierville’s long-term interests.
