CFA is a community supporting business that has followed all of the restrictive actions that BMA has thrown in their way of relocating and expanding their business. The town tax payers are not interested in fiscally supporting the lawsuit for the BMA contempt charges. We are interested in supporting a local business that never says no when a multitude of requests are brought before them. Do the right thing-support your local business and your constituents wants and wishes.

I am in favor of accepting the appeal Judge’s verdict and support the relocation to the Bray Station location. I oppose paying any legal fees for the 5 aldermen who are acting in contempt of the court’s ruling. I also believe John Stamps has a business relationship with David Halle that is a conflict of interest. I want an investigation into whether state Sunshine Law had been violated.

I write this in support of the relocation of Chi-fil-A to the Bray Station area. The current location causes huge safety issues not only for customers and staff of Chic-fil-A but also surrounding businesses on both the north and south side of Poplar as well as those vehicles just driving by.

I support this site plan and relocation. I highly encourage the BMA to approve this and listen to the majority of your constituents on this matter which are in favor of this relocation!!

I am in support of the site plan for the new Chick-fil-a location and against the town appealing the ruling from the court. The previous BMA rejected it unfairly and delayed the solution to a significant safety issue that exists for the town. I hope that the new/existing BMA does not waste taxpayer money fighting this issue any longer.
