I strongly, urge the council NOT ban the use of ebikes (regardless of category) on city Greenbelts.

A ban is not in the interest of, or beneficial to, the town residents and visitors.

It is in the interest of ALL riders to be required to wear a helmet, follow all posted regulations & speed limits on Greenways, and all traffic laws while riding on city streets. Clearly requiring helmet use & restating such requirements will save lives.
