Don’t ruin other small businesses in the area and make it extremely difficult with traffic congestion with this proposal.

    I strongly oppose.

There is no need for a new gas station when one already exist, it would be wasted investment. Please utilize the space for something useful for the community.

No more Gas stations pls. As it is we have plenty and adding more hurts everyone trying to survive, specially during this pandemic and otherwise

I oppose the building of another gas station at this location, because it would increase traffic and result in more dangerous conditions for drivers. It would also hurt other local businesses.

I oppose a new gas station at this spot. Driving through that street is already difficult and will become even more dangerous. Please think about drivers and do not go through with this.

I strongly oppose this proposal. As the street is already so busy and so much traffic is on that road. It will congest the New Byhalia road even more. Considering there is a gas station across the street, Kroger fuel, BP Circle K, and Shell on Byhalia and Winchester road. We have enough traffic on that corner due to Lowe’s, Target, and Kroger. I strongly oppose this proposal.

This change would not be good for this area. There is already a gas station/convenience store directly across the street and several nearby. The town estimates the traffic will vastly increase if this change is enacted. The intersection and egress/ingress to Lowe's is already congested esp. on weekends. Please reject the application. Thank you.

I strongly oppose the gas station that is proposed on North of Byhalia road. There is already so many gas stations on that street. The street is so busy and congested. It will create more traffic and inconvenience for the citizens leaving in that area. I hope that planning board will react the proposal.

Strongly oppose! I oppose due to the congestion on the road. There's already too much of traffic that it's very hard for us to drive. There are already so many gas stations in that area and the shell is already across the street. Keep Collierville fluid

I oppose due to the congestion on the road. There's already too much of traffic that it's very hard for us to drive. There are already so many gas stations in that area that I don't think we need it anymore.
