I strongly oppose this proposal. As the street is already so busy and so much traffic is on that road. It will congest the New Byhalia road even more. Considering there is a gas station across the street, Kroger fuel, BP Circle K, and Shell on Byhalia and Winchester road. We have enough traffic on that corner due to Lowe’s, Target, and Kroger. I strongly oppose this proposal

I am strongly opposed to this proposal. Traffic on Byhalia road North of 385 and North of Poplar is already dangerously overcrowded. By their own analysis, gas station will generate 4-5 times the current visits. Byhalia Rd will end up like Chick Filet on Poplar because the lot is not sized adequately to accommodate on site queuing. The proposed driveway and parking lot redesigns are insufficient to relieve the congestion and would most likely NOT be approved if this was a new build.
