No more gas stations in Collierville. There are too many. Plus that area has too much traffic

There is enough traffic at this intersection already. Plenty of other places this store can be placed.

I completely oppose to this project. I even opposed last time due to the traffic issues and congestions.

I am strongly opposed to replacing Regions Bank with a convenience store/gas station. We already have Shell and Kroger and a third is unnecessary. Traffic is not the best now and would be much worse if this use permit is granted.

Absolutely not! We already have plenty of gas stations in that area plus it’ll add even more congestion in front of Lowe’s and Target.

STRONGLY OPPOSED! We already have 3 stations within a half mile and a 4th within another mile. This is exactly why other Memphis suburbs have fallen to the wayside; unrestricted, unrestrained city planners that allow anyone and everyone access to any open building or acreage to ravage their city. DO NOT do this!

Seriously?!! So now it’s going to be 4 gas stations, all on Byhalia road, within a mile to a mile and a half from each other. Are you kidding me? Byhalia road is busy enough as it is. It’s the main road to many of our homes and schools in this area. If anything I would suggest a reduction in congestion on Byhalia. Make it safer and less congested not worse. Very opposed

We do not want another gas station on Byhalia! Please do not approve this! We have enough gas stations in Collierville, Byhalia Rd is congested enough as it is.

Again, why is this issue being brought up again? We do not want this gas station. It will do nothing but bring heavy traffic and a crime rate to our town. PLEASE stop this!!!!!!!!!!

I do not think it is a good idea to bring another gas station to Collierville. We already have the shell there, so why we need to bring another one. We love the SHELL and it's been the Collierville favorite gas station for years now. We shouldn't hurt their business by trying to put another one. We need to stand by our community members and help support them.

Definitely OPPOSE! Too many gas stations in Collierville already. We do not need extra traffic and this will cause crime.
