We have so many gas stations in Collierville already, please don’t bring any more, how about some amusement parks or something more fun and kids friendly venture instead, to increase our tourism. Thanks

I have lived here for 25 years now. Everytime I see new construction, it’s ALWAYS a gas station. Can we please stop this trend.

We fully support this proposed use. There is a proven track record of such uses being highly beneficial for a community such as Collierville.

    These include:

    - Increased foot traffic, commerce and convenience for neighboring businesses, residents and the neighboring automotive dealerships.
    - Ease of access from the highway.
    - Providing a critical service for area motorists.
    - The nearest service station is 2+ miles from the proposed development.

    Sincerely,
    Ramzi Hassan

As a Collierville businessman, I have had the pleasure of working extensively with the applicant for a similar development in our planned $250M Byhalia Commons mixed use project. He has been true to his commitments, has exhibited the utmost professionalism, and has worked diligently for over 2 years to design a project worthy of Collierville's highest standards. As in our project, his use will enhance the commercial and residential developments in the surrounding area. I wholeheartedly support.

As Collierville continues to grow with new developments, I believe we already have enough gas stations to serve our community. With other gas stations recently approved, adding yet another one seems unnecessary. I urge you to reconsider the need for this project.

No more gas stations in Collierville. Too close to residential area.

Although I do agree we shouldn't overbuild gas stations in Collierville, the proposed area does not have one nearby. The recently added rooftops just to the south of this site are creating even more of a need for one. I have known Anwar for many years. In my experience, he and his team have always built/maintained their stores very well, and support the areas they are in.

As a native Collierville resident, former mall employee & current mall patron, I STRONGLY support this agenda. Our dwindling mall desperately needs something new to bring traffic & revenue back to the area and a service station is a perfect opportunity. Especially considering the nearest alternatives are 3 miles away at the Forest Hill & Byhalia exits or 2 miles down Houston Levee at Winchester. This is a CONVENIENT option that commuters traveling through the area don’t currently have.

Collierville has enough gas stations. We don't need more. Let's prioritize our community's needs and environment.

Collierville already has a sufficient number of gas stations, and we don't need any more. Our town is adequately served by the existing stations.
