As a Collierville resident I support and I actually love the idea of having another option for a nicer gas station with an actual car wash. Nothing against the ones here already but I think it would be a great addition! There wouldn’t be so many gas stations if they weren’t customers that go to them and keep them profitable so there must be a need.

Collierville has been my home for years now and I considered as one of the safest places to grow families and communities, majority of the town’s population comprises of kids and seniors, who’s health and safety has been town’s responsibility.
Adding any GAS STATION would not bring ease or convenience but will surely be a top contributor towards the sickness and crimes.

This area already has plenty of gas stations. Adding more could potentially increase crime rates in Collierville. Let’s prioritize keeping this place safe and secure.

Though seeing all these comments especially the ones who agree with adding a new gas staion breaks my heart entirely. These people are adding more crime to our dear Collerville… this “gas staion” shouldn’t be next to another gas station it’s not a good idea. We want Collerville safe and sound 🗣️ 👌🏼

An additional gas station would definitely increase traffic in our already busy marketplace and mercedes showroom region, escalating the disruption and ruining the quiet and peaceful place we treasure. Aside from this, gas stations carry environmental risks, including possible fuel leaks that could contaminate our soil and water.

Seeing alot of the opposing comments below only stating "We have too many gas stations". To me these answers have 0 substance. The problem isn't quantity - it's the quality, location, and safety; all of which come with this project and many of which Collierville lacks. Not to mention Mr. Aman's longstanding support of this community. I am more than happy to support a convenient and strategic project, especially one that is owned and operated by Mr. Aman.

I understand the concerns about a new gas station in Collierville, but it can bring valuable benefits, such as convenience for residents, job creation, and support for the local economy. An Anwar Aman managed gas station can enhance safety by increasing foot traffic and providing a visible presence. With proper security measures, we can address crime concerns while adapting to our community's growth. Overall, this development will be a positive addition to our town.
