This project represents a thoughtful and much needed step forward, contributing to economic growth, livability, and charm. This opportunity breathes new life into the area. I urge city officials to approve this request, allowing this promising new development to move ahead. I'm confident this development will bring significant value and enhance the vibrancy of the historic district - providing meaningful support to local businesses by increasing foot traffic, drawing new residents and visitors.

I strongly support the proposed project on the Square. This development replaces a long-neglected property with a thoughtfully designed building that honors Collierville’s historic character while creating new opportunities. With commercial space for local businesses, residential condos, and inviting rooftop amenities, it revitalizes the Square and strengthens our community for years to come.

I wholeheartedly support the redevelopment of 215 Center Street. This vision not only restores life to a neglected property but also creates space where businesses and families can thrive. It’s exactly the kind of thoughtful growth Collierville deserves.

After reviewing the plans and proposal, I am writing to ask that the Historic District Commission fully support the proposal in this request to replace the existing building with a new building. The proposed new building will continue to improve and clean up the historic district. It will also provide opportunities for additional tax revenue and attract people to the area. Again, I ask that the commission approve this proposal.

I support the proposed mixed-use project near Collierville’s historic square. Though small (go big or go home!), it is a springboard for growth, boosting walkability, business, and community life. Cities like Carmel, IN, and Alpharetta, GA, prove the value - higher property values, stronger schools, and top employers. We have the land, the square, we have 385 and 269, but do we have the vision? This project signals Collierville is ready to thrive and attract the right investment. Mixed Use A+

I support this project. While it’s hard to lose a historic building, this one is beyond repair. The new multi-use space will bring energy to our square, and the developers have consistently shown their commitment to our community—like hosting a free family photo booth at Square on the Square each year. They don’t just build here, they belong here. I believe this project represents the best possible balance between preserving our community’s spirit and embracing its future.

This project is the right step for Collierville. The structure has been vacant too long, and the proposed design will finally bring purpose back to this spot. It adds opportunities for local businesses, provides much-needed housing, and replaces an eyesore with something that truly contributes to the square. I fully support this project and the people committed to making it happen, because it will benefit residents, visitors, and the community as a whole.

I strongly support this mixed-use project for our town square. It replaces a crumbling structure with a thoughtfully designed building that enhances the square’s character while creating new opportunities. With commercial space for local businesses, residential condos, & rooftop amenities, it revitalizes this area into a vibrant community hub. This project is a smart step forward for Collierville, expanding the square, supporting growth, & keeping our town attractive for residents & businesses.

The restoration of the building is not feasible. As someone who works, dines, shops, and enjoys entertainment in the Square, I support the proposed plan to remove the dilapidated building and proceed with project # 25016, Boutique Flats at 215 Center Street. Thank you, HDC for assisting in the renewal of this area. Please approve the plan so we can continue to make Collierville a lovely place to work and play!

This building, when completed, will be an asset not only to our square, but to the entire town. It presents us with a wonderful opportunity to enhance the heart of Collierville with unique housing options, but also serves to strengthen our commercial base. This innovative proposal will, without a doubt, serve to add practicality, vitality, and character to our square. I FULLY and wholeheartedly support this project!

I fully support this proposal. A multi use development like this will only continue to support the economic growth of the Town of Collierville and enhance the charm and beauty of the historic district. The current space has been empty for quite some time and I'd love to see it put to good use by a local business.

There is no better way to honor Collierville's history than to contribute earnestly to its future. This project will bring new life to the square as a whole while complementing its history and character, and is no doubt a far more beneficial use for this parcel than its current situation. In addition, this project is being led by local business owners and patrons of the Square. I support this wholeheartedly.

Really excited to see these plans gaining momentum. It’s a design that not only fits the character of the square but also adds something fresh and much-needed. Replacing the space with one that supports local businesses, creates new homes, and offers community-minded amenities is huge, all while maintaining the integrity of the area. Proud to support this addition and can’t wait to see the positive impact it brings!

I support the McLemore’s proposed multi-use building. With businesses on the first floor and condos above, it will boost the local economy, create needed housing, and add a vibrant, attractive presence to the area. This project is a positive step for Collierville’s growth and community appeal.

I support this project and the people behind it 100%. No only will this eliminate an eyesore on Center Street, it will create a new energy in the area just off the Square. I strongly believe this project is in keeping with the vision the leaders of Collierville have for the future.
