Oppose. Think about the two schools and the families depended on them. We are very much satisfied with the stores north of 385.

    2: Residential Ambience
    3: Traffic
    4: Environmental Impact
    5: Home Values.

    Thank you,

I oppose a c-store in this location. I am for usage that benefits nearby residents, but this will invite crime as seen at nearby Shell, increase through traffic, reduce safety for residents on walks, and impact travel to/from CHS.
Three c-stores are requesting CUPs in the 0.8 miles south of 385. There could be seven in 2mi on Byhalia. This would be like Germantown Pkwy with lower population density. No other c-stores in town seem so close to homes without established big box or retail centers.

There is no need for two convenience stores within a block of each other and two blocks from yet another convenience store. Strongly opposed.

I am absolutely opposed to the addition of a gas station at this location. Not only would traffic increase, so would crime. It is a predominantly residential area that people use to walk with their families, walk their dog, jog, and bike. Adding a gas station on the corner of Byhaila and Shelby is a terrible idea.

Strongly oppose a gas station at this location. It is right in the heart of our neighborhood and would be better located in a commercial area. There has been plenty of crime at the other gas stations just down the street and the traffic is already heavy at this location.

Strongly oppose the building of another convenience store in this area. Convenience stores tend to bring more crime to the area which is evidenced by the Shell Gas Station less than .5 miles away. The area south of 385 is primarily residential and should remain so. Adding another convenience store to the area reduces the desirability of the area, impacts home prices, and makes it more difficult for residence to walk and ride bikes in the area due to the increase in traffic.

Strongly oppose, as we would like to keep this area as a neighborhood feel. Many of the residents in our community use the corner of Byhalia Road & Collierville Road to walk our dogs, run, and bike. Bringing a convenience store on the corner will not only bring traffic, but possibly cause danger to those of us who run/walk on that corner. Please keep our neighborhood peaceful and quiet, thank you!

I strongly oppose this. We need to keep our neighborhood quiet and peaceful. We don’t need any new construction bringing more traffic to our area. We moved down here to be away from the busyness of the city.

The residents on this end of town moved to this end to get away from the chaos of gas stations on every corner. Do not add unnecessary businesses to this end of town.

I oppose the addition of a convenience store on the south side of 385. However, I do prefer this location over the one on Shelby and Byhalia.

I oppose. We have plenty of gas stations/convenience stores in this area.

I oppose this action. A convenience store does not fit the characteristics of our neighborhood. Thanks.

Absolutely not. There are plenty within that area. I do not want our town turning into Cordova.

I oppose this plan. There are already 2 gas stations within 2 miles of this site, an additional one would dilute the residential feel of this area.

I strongly oppose. There is no need for another gas station when there are others within a short radius. Additional gas stations within close proximity to 385 may increase unnecessary traffic and crime.
