As a homeowner, I am opposed to a convenience store being built in such close proximity to residential areas.
    Thank you,

I absolutely oppose a convenience store planned for this location. Everyone knows they are crime magnets, and the thought you all would even consider dropping this in a heavy populated residential area is ridiculous. There is already a convenience/gas station literally up the road and why dont you look up how many times it's been robbed and people held up at gun point. No type of retail should be planned south of 385, its single family residential only! I strongly oppose and we will voice!

I am opposed to having a convenience store at the proposed location of Byhalia and Shelby. The last thing that the Town of Collierville needs is another convenience store. There should not be any retail development on Byhalia Rd. south of 385. That area is primarily single family residential and should remain that way in order to protect is character and value for the current homeowners. There are plenty of other areas in which a convenience store could locate.
