I completely oppose to build a convenience store in that specified area. This is a residential area. The price of our homes will be dramatically reduced. In addition, the safety and public health will be negatively impacted. Crime may increase.

A potential crime magnet, other convenience stores are located a couple minutes drive North or East. Thank you.

i do not want a gas station Convivence Store in this location. We don't want the traffic and noise. This is too close to neighborhoods. We don't want this beautiful area to look like Cordova.

I too, like mostly everyone here, oppose the idea of the addition of a convenience store near here. Like many have mentioned, there will be serious ramifications such as increased pollution, less safety, higher crime rates, and lower property values. People move here because they find it a safe and convenient location with a wonderful high school nearby, but adding a convenience store will negate the benefits of all the cost put into creating such a wonderful community.

The traffic at that intersection is already congested with the high school so near. As a homeowner is the area, I also think it would be an eye sore and detract from property values.

I strongly oppose the idea of a convenience store near our neighborhood for safety and security reasons . It will bring a lot of traffic and increase the crime rate in our community.

I ask that the CUP be rejected. The surrounding areas are currently primarily residential, and a moderate to high end development is planned for the area across Byhalia road, with some limited Commercial and MPO zoned property. A convenience store is likely to diminish the value and appeal of the surrounding residential properties. I am not opposed to convenience stores in general, but I believe the portion of the Byhalia Road corridor closer to 385 would be more suitable. Thank you.

Very much oppose. Not needed, not wanted and it detracts from the value of the existing neighborhood. These repeated attempts to build undesirable projects on this land makes me seriously question if our city representatives are truly representing us. If this goes through the ballet box will be our only way to change this dynamic.

I oppose the gas station/convenience store being at this intersection. Here are some of the reasons why:
It's too close to the other gas station at Byhalia and Winchester road.
There's too much traffic already with the CHS traffic and inexperienced drivers.
I believe it will bring crime to mainly residential neighborhoods.

Convenience store will cause inconvenience to this most sought after place in collierville impacting real estate, safety, decorum of school and our youth in the neighborhood

I absolutely oppose a convenience store planned for this location. Everyone knows they are crime magnets, and the thought you all would even consider dropping this in a heavy populated residential area is ridiculous. There is already a convenience/gas station literally up the road and why dont you look up how many times it's been robbed and people held up at gun point. No type of retail should be planned south of 385, its single family residential only! I strongly oppose and we will voice!

I strongly oppose the proposed gas station for the following reasons:
1: Safety and Security of residents (Especially Young Children)
2: Residential Ambiance could be ruined
    3: Traffic could increase
    4: Detrimental environmental Impact
    5: Crime potentially increasing
    6: Home Values possibly plummeting

I strongly oppose this gas station. It will increase crime and traffic to an area that is already adequately served with gas stations. This is an incredibly busy route at certain times of the day and adding this to a route that will be highly traveled by young, inexperienced drivers from the high school will create a bad situation by increasing accident potential. This also makes it easier for our children at the high school to have access to alcohol and cigarettes while underage.

I oppose a gas station in this area. Residents commonly walk and ride bikes along that stretch. We do not need the extra traffic or construction
